By using ark-guard.com you agree to these terms. Content on this site is provided for general information about ArkGuard products and animal-care cleaning practices.

Product use

ArkGuard is an EPA-registered disinfectant (Reg. No. 10324-154-104888). It is a violation of Federal law to use the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. The product label is the controlling document for all directions, dilutions, organisms, surfaces, precautions, storage, and disposal. Where anything on this site and the label could be read differently, follow the label.

No veterinary advice

Content in our library is educational and does not replace advice from your veterinarian, particularly regarding disease outbreaks, quarantine decisions, or the health of a specific animal.

Orders

Purchases made through our online store are processed by our commerce providers and subject to their checkout terms. Wholesale accounts are subject to the partner terms provided at approval. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

ArkGuard trademarks, product imagery, and site content belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArkGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
